We’re a small team with a big passion for perfection! Here’s our process:

  1. Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirmation immediately after your order is placed.
  2. Processing: We carefully handpick and pack your items with love and a lot of bubble wrap! This takes 1-2 business days.
  3. Dispatch Notification: The moment your party box leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to you!
  4. Delivery! Sit back and wait for the doorbell to ring. Your party is about to begin!

🌍 Where Do We Deliver?

We’re proud to ship our party magic worldwide! However, due to complex logistics, we are currently unable to deliver to Asia and a few select remote areas. We apologise for any disappointment this may cause.
