While we put our heart and soul into ensuring our party essentials bring joy to your events, we understand that sometimes things might not go exactly as planned.

If you need to return or exchange an item, our hassle-free policy is designed to make the process as smooth as possible. Please review our policy below before initiating a return or exchange.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by your proof of purchase (order number)
Please note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
  • Confetti & Smoke Cannons (once opened or used)
  • Confetti Balloons (once inflated or used)
  • Any personalized or custom-made decorations
  • Opened Balloon Sets & Bunches

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Returns Authorisation number and instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all parts and accessories.
  4. Clearly write your Returns Authorisation number on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the package to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product). If you’re exchanging an item for a different size or color, we’ll cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for returns that aren’t due to our error.

Exchange Information

If you’re exchanging an item, we’ll ship the replacement once we’ve received and processed your return. Standard shipping times will apply for the new item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returns of damaged items.
