We work hard to get your party essentials to you as quickly as possible!
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods & Times:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Cost: £12.95
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS.
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note: We ship worldwide, but delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination. We are unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and a few remote regions.
📦 Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchases. If something isn’t quite right, our hassle-free policy is here for you.
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original, unused condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by your proof of purchase (order number).
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items once they have been opened or used:
- Confetti & Smoke Cannons
- Confetti Balloons (once inflated)
- Any personalized or custom-made decorations
- Opened Balloon Sets & Bunches
🔁 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Just follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
- Get Authorisation: Our friendly customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Returns Authorisation number and instructions.
- Pack It Up: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all parts and accessories. Clearly write your Returns Authorisation number on the outside of the box.
- Ship It: Send the package to the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

💷 Return Shipping Costs & Refunds
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item or it was defective). If you’re exchanging an item for a different size or colour, we’ll cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
How You’ll Get Your Money Back:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable for returns that aren’t due to our error.
✨ Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged product and its packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the damaged item.
