  • Confetti and smoke cannons
  • Decoration kits and bundles

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, please note that the colours you see may depend on your monitor settings and may differ slightly from the actual product.

💖 Important Note: Some items like confetti/smoke cannons and confetti balloons (once inflated) cannot be returned for health, safety, and hygiene reasons once opened or used. Personalized or custom-made decorations are also non-returnable unless faulty.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt. This email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we’ve received it.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Confetti & Smoke Cannons (once opened)
  • Confetti Balloons (once inflated)

  • Opened Balloon Sets & Bunches

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number and details about the product
  3. Our team will provide a Returns Authorisation number and instructions
  4. Securely package the item with the Returns Authorisation number on the box
  5. Ship to: Decorations Party Shop Returns Department, 17 Friars Entry, Oxford, GB OX3G 6FF

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
